Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of fixed-bid, milestone-driven projects under Master Services Agreements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle, ensuring all SOW milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are met on time and within scope.
• Drive sprint execution, backlog management, and release coordination across engineering, QA, architecture, and client teams.
• Act as the primary client contact for status updates, risk escalations, and UAT sign-off, maintaining strict scope and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML, backend, Salesforce, and DevOps to resolve blockers and align technical execution.
• Maintain governance artifacts such as RAID logs, risk registers, and burn-down charts to protect project margins and timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with 5+ years managing fixed-bid or outcome-based projects.
• Proven delivery of complex technical projects involving cloud, AI/ML, Salesforce, or workflow automation.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of software engineering processes, architecture fundamentals, and integration patterns.
• Experience interpreting SOW/MSA terms, managing scope creep, and handling change requests effectively.
• Ability to manage distributed teams and coordinate across onshore/offshore models.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Background in IT services, consulting, or multi-vendor delivery environments.
