You will manage technically complex embedded software development projects from start to finish.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software development projects through delivery, translating business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality, performance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility and quality.
• Apply Agile or Scrum methodologies to manage development cycles.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience, starting your career as a Software Engineer.
• Mandatory prior hands-on experience in Embedded Software Development.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, real-time software, and low-level development.
• Proficiency with C and C++ programming languages.
• Experience managing projects involving Java and embedded technologies.
• Familiarity with RTOS and device drivers.

Preferred Skills

• Background in device driver development.
