Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate migration of applications, databases, and infrastructure from on-premise environments to AWS.
• Partner with cloud architects, engineering teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to define migration strategies and execution plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Drive Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies as required.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, executive status updates, and steering committee reviews.
• Monitor and report project health, KPIs, timelines, budget adherence, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards throughout cloud transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD processes and cloud deployment strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party partners supporting migration activities.
• Lead application discovery, assessment, dependency mapping, and migration readiness activities.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives including re-platforming, re-hosting, refactoring, and optimization efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across migration programs
