Lead cross-functional teams to deliver automotive projects aligned with business requirements and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through effort estimation and project execution planning.
• Track project scope, output quality, and actuals against plans to perform necessary course corrections.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including change control, requirements-driven testing, and weekly status reporting.
• Mentor architects, BAs, designers, developers, and V&V engineers.
• Improve V&V processes and document new procedures to bridge gaps between current and desired states.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Direct experience within the Automotive industry.
• Proven ability to conduct technical design reviews against architecture.
• Experience implementing requirements-driven testing with 100% traceability across development and defects.
• Proficiency in change management and project management methodologies.
• Ability to perform process improvement analysis and design new performance measures.
• Experience managing project scope, quality, and stakeholder communications.
