You lead IT project and program management initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and maintain advanced project governance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, leadership, communication, and risk.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and governance/reporting tools.
• Oversee program management workflows and reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
• High proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Expertise in project governance and collaboration tooling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and risk management skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Automotive industry experience.
