You will manage technical project delivery, bridging business and engineering teams to ensure successful product releases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/sprint-based delivery for product-oriented initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks for engineering teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, particularly with Finance and Accounting users.
• Coordinate with offshore engineering teams in iterative, fast-moving environments.
• Deliver business demos and product reviews every sprint.

Required Skills

• PMP certification or equivalent project management fundamentals.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on Agile and sprint-based delivery experience.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and engineering.
• Experience collaborating with offshore engineering teams.
• Stakeholder management with Finance/Accounting end-users.

Preferred Skills

• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and terminology.
• Experience in retail, finance, or accounts payable domains.
• Technical fluency with Microsoft/Azure-centric environments.
