Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP modernization, digital transformation, and AI/ML projects for retail clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP, digital platform, and AI/ML solution projects.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate retail business requirements into technical roadmaps and solution architectures.
• Guide cross-functional teams of developers, ERP consultants, and data scientists across geographies.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with security protocols in POS, eCommerce, and supply chain domains.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience managing complex technical programs.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO) and integration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud technologies and data platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and GenAI solutioning.
• Expertise in retail industry processes such as inventory, supply chain, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Proficiency in Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures and composable commerce.

Preferred Skills

• SAP project management certification (e.g., Activate).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms like TensorFlow, Azure ML, or OpenAI.
