Description

Lead complex technical projects from planning through release, ensuring delivery meets deadlines. Manage high-end software products and define resource allocation. Report program status to executives and lead technical discussions with engineering teams and external partners. Collaborate with business development, product, analytics, and marketing. Present technical design and architecture to senior stakeholders within an ODC model.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement high-end software products to ensure timely releases.
• Define project and delivery plans, including resource allocation for each assignment.
• Report program status to executives and lead technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Collaborate across business development, product management, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Present technical design and architecture to senior stakeholders within an ODC model.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience managing and implementing high-end software products.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology and Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, EDW, and SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
• Proven track record managing complex projects involving TB/PB scale data.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects using offshore/onshore models.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling migration projects and data ingestion, processing, or orchestration.
• Understanding of Machine Learning (ML) areas.
