Description

You will manage the timeline and delivery of complex software development projects through close collaboration with software development leads and leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, including scheduling, risk identification, and resource management.
• Define project boundaries and establish timeframes for development, testing, and delivery.
• Liaise with external teams to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, resolve blockers with internal development teams, and communicate status to all stakeholders.
• Maintain and communicate project documentation, plans, and reports to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager, project coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Effective client-facing and teamwork skills for collaborating across internal and external departments.
