Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in managing GenAI, Agentic AI, and Java/Spring Boot projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-managerial skills, delivery management experience, stakeholder coordination expertise, and hands-on understanding of enterprise application development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery of GenAI, Agentic AI, and Java/Spring Boot projects
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and execution plans
Coordinate with Tech Leads, Architects, ML Engineers, Developers, and QA teams
Drive sprint planning, task allocation, capacity planning, and delivery tracking
Manage project risks, issue logs, change requests, and escalation handling
Conduct status meetings, reporting reviews, and stakeholder communication
Ensure seamless QA/UAT handoffs and delivery quality compliance
Provide technical troubleshooting support and contribute to solution discussions when required
Required Skills
10+ years of experience managing software development projects
Strong experience with:
Java
Spring Boot
GenAI / Agentic AI projects
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in project planning, risk management, and delivery governance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PMP / Scrum certification preferred
