Description

Manage delivery of GenAI, Agentic AI, and Java/Spring Boot projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and execution plans for GenAI and Java initiatives.
• Coordinate with Tech Leads, Architects, ML Engineers, and QA teams to align on deliverables.
• Drive sprint planning, task allocation, capacity planning, and delivery tracking.
• Manage project risks, issue logs, change requests, and escalation handling.
• Conduct status meetings, reporting reviews, and ensure seamless QA/UAT handoffs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong techno-managerial skills with hands-on understanding of enterprise application development.
• Proven experience with Java Spring Boot and GenAI/Agentic AI projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum certification.
