Description

You will lead multiple concurrent initiatives across automation, AI, and digital product development, owning end-to-end delivery from BRD finalization through production rollout and stabilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution alignment with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and UX teams.
• Manage cross-functional engineering teams including application, AI/ML, data, DevOps, and cloud.
• Create project plans, milestone trackers, governance dashboards, and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
• Act as the primary stakeholder interface and provide structured leadership-level updates.

Required Skills

• 10–14 years of experience in Project or Program Management within technology environments.
• Strong technical understanding of application development, APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Experience managing web, mobile, AI/ML, automation, and data-driven initiatives.
• Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and cloud engineering fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
