Description

You lead program and project management across multiple concurrent technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Define program roadmap, delivery milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, driving dependency management across projects.
• Lead Steering Committee meetings and prepare executive reporting.
• Oversee projects across the .NET ecosystem, Cloud platforms, and modern frontend stacks.
• Manage program P&L, monitor budget utilization, and drive margin improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale technology projects.
• Strong understanding of .NET, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), React, and legacy transformation.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with US/UK clients and managing commercial discussions.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (30+ team size preferred).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP / PgMP certification.
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS).
