Description

You will manage technical infrastructure upgrades and vendor-managed projects for hospital networks and paging systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical infrastructure upgrades, including wireless network access points, cellular DAS installation, and OR overhead paging systems.
• Coordinate all installation aspects with clinical staff, administration, DTS resources, and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-staffed and vendor-managed projects.
• Track vendor progress against approved project plans and provide status updates to sponsors.
• Oversee wireless coverage remediation based on post-replacement survey results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Basic knowledge of network technology.
• Understanding of hospital operations and criticality of levels of care.
• Experience managing vendor-led installations and tracking progress.
• Ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail in project planning and tracking.
• Capacity for full-time on-site presence in Hackensack, NJ.
• Availability for work during nights and weekends as project requirements dictate.
