Description

You will manage the technical delivery of complex system implementations, focusing on SAP migrations and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and budgeting for system implementations.
• Oversee data migration from legacy HR systems to SAP using LSMW and SAP Data Services.
• Design and implement integration strategies (APIs, middleware) connecting SAP and internal systems.
• Manage stakeholder communication across technical teams and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, archiving, and retention policies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years in IT project management, leading system implementations or migrations.
• Strong SAP expertise in ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in data migration and enterprise integration architecture.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Hands-on experience with LSMW and SAP Data Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• SAP certification in Data Migration, Integration, or Architecture.
