Description

Lead delivery of technical projects for automated loan servicing and credit risk platforms, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and budgets across multiple initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, milestones, and budgets for financial platforms.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and backlog refinement.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to manage risks, velocity, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee data processes and analysis using SQL to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and maintain project governance documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise system integrations.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analytics and integrity verification.
• Experience supporting lending, loan servicing, or credit risk systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or Engineering.
