Responsibilities
- Create and track software delivery schedules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Track development progress directly with teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Provide status updates, reports, and follow-ups regarding SFDC, Workday, and internal applications.
- Define and execute project processes to ensure timely delivery through the full lifecycle.
- Identify potential challenges ahead of time and communicate progress to relevant audiences.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Engineering Project Management experience delivering software in multi-team environments.
- Expertise in Agile software development methodologies and Scrum.
- Strong technical understanding of operating systems and software stack layers.
- Experience managing complex, multi-functional software projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources (HR) domain tools such as SFDC and Workday.
- Proven ability to deconstruct problems and resolve conflicts within technical teams.
- Strong leadership and team leadership capabilities.
- Ability to distill technical information for diverse stakeholder audiences.
