You will manage complex, multi-functional software projects and delivery schedules within an HR domain context.

Responsibilities

  • Create and track software delivery schedules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Track development progress directly with teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Provide status updates, reports, and follow-ups regarding SFDC, Workday, and internal applications.
  • Define and execute project processes to ensure timely delivery through the full lifecycle.
  • Identify potential challenges ahead of time and communicate progress to relevant audiences.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of Engineering Project Management experience delivering software in multi-team environments.
  • Expertise in Agile software development methodologies and Scrum.
  • Strong technical understanding of operating systems and software stack layers.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-functional software projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources (HR) domain tools such as SFDC and Workday.
  • Proven ability to deconstruct problems and resolve conflicts within technical teams.
  • Strong leadership and team leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to distill technical information for diverse stakeholder audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing software and services through a complete project lifecycle.
