Description

Lead end-to-end technical project lifecycles for HR Tech and recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define project objectives and requirements by collaborating with developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans tailored to HR Tech systems.
• Coordinate communication between internal cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and facilitate regular status meetings to ensure transparency.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Tech Lead, Development Lead, or Tech Manager.
• Proven experience delivering complex technical projects in HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and Angular development.
• Expertise in API integration and working with various APIs.
• Experience managing Agile projects using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Technical proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Jquery.
• Ability to lead Scrum calls and manage cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or other professional project management certifications.
