Description

You will lead engineering teams through the design, development, and deployment of software applications using the Android, React.js, and Node.js stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineers in designing and implementing full-stack architectures for front-end and server-side applications.
• Manage multiple project lifecycles, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor team members through technical guidance, performance evaluations, and training programs.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
• Recruit, hire, and train software engineers to scale the technical team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proficiency in Android native development and mobility technologies.
• Experience integrating React.js front-end frameworks with Node.js server-side environments.
• Proven experience working on OTT platforms with Android native devices.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and technical architecture.
• Expertise in project management, including budget oversight and contingency planning.
• Demonstrated ability in people management and technical mentorship.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
