Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects for global clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and offshore development units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement technical projects across cross-functional teams, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, managing expectations and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with India-based development teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Monitor and report project progress using Agile metrics and tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• At least 5 years of experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with offshore development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong client-facing skills, specifically managing US-based client engagements.
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or CSM certifications.
• Development background.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
