Description

Lead software delivery for multiple squads, ensuring efficient processes from requirements to production.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of working software for products or solutions into production.
• Manage two squads of 5-9 people, ensuring they remain collaborative, efficient, and empowered.
• Identify and eliminate blockers while managing the continuous improvement backlog to improve time to market and quality.
• Execute Agile governance and ceremonies, including acting as Scrum Master for teams developing AI solutions.
• Plan product releases and manage technical debt, obsolescence, security, and modernization requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with a track record of delivery in regulated, complex, multi-product technological landscapes.
• Deep understanding of Scaled Agile practices and expert proficiency in ADO and JIRA.
• Broad technical understanding of .NET Framework and MEAN technologies.
• Hands-on experience managing projects built using .NET, Angular, and SQL stored procedures.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, test engineering, DevOps, security, and operational run.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate distributed, global teams of permanent and partner staff.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach senior executives in Agile methodologies.
• Metrics-driven approach to delivery evaluation and process improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Background in development engineering or a wide range of technology roles.
• Holistic understanding of Agile methodologies such as CSP, KMP, or ICP-Client certifications.
• Familiarity with managing AI model developments within existing and new applications.
