Description

You will manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle for .NET-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Guide technical teams through code reviews, architectural decisions, and system design discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain project documentation.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and DevOps.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring Agile/Scrum adherence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in project management.
• Strong background in .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency with Angular and SQL Server.
• Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Azure cloud environments, microservices, and API development.
• Proven leadership experience managing software development teams.
• Ability to communicate technical details to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist certifications.
