Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of IT automation and security projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, track milestones, and provide client and internal reporting.
• Review architecture diagrams, logs, and error reports to anticipate technical issues.
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks for engineering teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, managing scope and change requests.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in project or program management.
• Proven success managing projects across multi-technology stacks including Frontend, Backend, Infrastructure, and Security.
• Strong technical grounding in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Security.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in client-facing roles, handling escalations and requirement translation.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and privileged access concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Possession of a relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe).
