Description

You will lead technical projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to meet delivery targets.
• Assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters with business and technology SMEs.
• Manage planning, cost control, progress reporting, quality, and reviews for multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and report progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience in technical project management.
• Mandatory domain experience in OMS, WMS, E-commerce, or Supply Chain.
• Strong proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to build proposals (RFPs) for new clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Retail or E-commerce domains.
