Description

You will manage technical projects by bridging engineering execution with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver software projects.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions for stakeholders.
• Own the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and oversee effort estimations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master capacity.
• Prior hands-on experience as a software developer.
• Strong command of at least one programming language: Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipelines.
• Mandatory Agile certification: CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
