You will lead technical and operational delivery for finance workstreams, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate account leadership to drive performance through effective management.
• Oversee core finance operations including Fund Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Books of Accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (P2P) and Accounts Receivable (O2C) processes with strong process ownership.
• Drive account audit activities and support audit readiness through governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on application architecture using Azure, AWS, and Databricks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Proven experience in account management and key account management in enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to drive cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of financial accounting processes and enterprise finance operations.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (P2P), Accounts Receivable (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Experience managing customer relationships and stakeholder communication in enterprise/financial environments.
• Exposure to audit processes including account audit and compliance readiness.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to data engineering tools such as Databricks and Spark.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on architecture, integration, and delivery planning.
