Description

Lead end-to-end global delivery and manage large-scale client engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full project life-cycle, including requirement analysis, planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Drive project execution through efficient sprint planning, release tracking, and running sprints for delivery.
• Manage multi-integration teams and build strategic technical units from scratch.
• Optimize processes and establish QA/QC standards to ensure delivery within time and cost parameters.
• Maintain key stakeholder and client partner relationships to support account growth.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical project management and program operations.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA administration and sprint management.
• Experience with MS Project for scheduling and planning.
• Proven track record in application development and application services delivery.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture and process methodology.
• Background in global end-to-end delivery and customer support functions.
• Ability to manage resource utilization and manpower planning.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Certification.
• Industry exposure in Healthcare.
