Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) expertise to lead data integration and migration projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, technical coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IICS/data integration projects from planning through implementation and production deployment.
Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and offshore/onshore teams.
Provide technical guidance on IICS, Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI), ETL/ELT, and data migration.
Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Review technical solutions and ensure adherence to architecture and development standards.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely mitigation plans.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership and clients.
Coordinate with multiple teams/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure effective resource planning and utilization across the project.
Support estimation, planning, and prioritization of project activities.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective delivery governance.
Manage production issues and coordinate resolution with relevant technical teams.

Skills
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on/working knowledge of Informatica IICS.
Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and data integration workflows.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
Good knowledge of SQL and data validation.
Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices is preferred.
Project Management Skills
Strong experience in project planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and complex technical dependencies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
Informatica certification is preferred
