Description

Own project planning, coordination, and technical support for cross-functional teams and AI initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate project plans to drive activity and resolve issues.
• Manage backup, security, and user help systems.
• Consult with stakeholders to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Provide technical support for computer problems and ensure information confidentiality.
• Drive large, complex cross-functional teams using AI technology knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or technical coordination.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic, Java, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, and computer hardware/software.
• Understanding of business and management principles for strategic planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AI engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI technology and terminology.
