Description

Lead technical program lifecycles from planning through deployment and retrospective. You will own the release pipeline, manage stakeholder groups, and drive continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Organize planning activities to create release and program roadmaps aligned with enterprise expectations.
• Define launch strategies for new product capabilities, including geographic scope, rollout timing, and analytics plans.
• Manage stakeholder groups to identify interdependencies, risks, and resource constraints while eliminating roadblocks.
• Design and manage pilots, beta testing, and clear gating criteria for Go/No-go decisions.
• Develop measurable KPIs for programs and lead regular retrospectives to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5 to 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Program management and Project management.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven analytical skills and a focus on problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for managing international stakeholders and adjacent programs.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
