Description

You will manage technical project delivery for Java and .NET initiatives, bridging engineering execution with business objectives. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while coaching teams on Agile best practices. You will collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. You will identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful project execution. You will leverage your background in Java or .NET development to effectively communicate with technical teams and resolve blockers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.
• Apply technical background in Java or .NET to effectively communicate with engineering teams and resolve technical blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven experience working with Java or .NET development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to coach teams on Agile processes and ceremonies.
• Experience defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong risk management and dependency tracking skills.
• Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on development experience in Java or .NET prior to moving into project management.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple technical teams.
