Description

You will manage technical project delivery for Java and .NET initiatives, bridging engineering execution with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven experience working with Java or .NET development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to coach teams on Agile processes and ceremonies.
• Experience defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong risk management and dependency tracking skills.
• Effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on development experience in Java or .NET prior to moving into project management.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple technical teams.
