Description

Lead high-visibility technical initiatives and migrations within the Cloud Engineering and Governance organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives by developing action plans, establishing milestones, and providing regular status updates.
• Manage and mitigate risks to keep projects on track, including time estimation and result prioritization.
• Develop and maintain detailed migration plans at the application and workstream levels.
• Partner with Cloud Architects, Application Teams, and Platform enablement teams to ensure delivery of committed outcomes.
• Report program progression, including timelines, financials, and risks, directly to senior executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT system migrations to Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) or data centers.
• Hands-on experience with IaaS/PaaS services across Azure and AWS.
• Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SmartSheets, and G Suite.
• Experience managing complex initiatives with significant cross-functional dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certifications.
• AWS Certified Solution Architect or DevOps Engineer certifications.
• Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Developer Associate certifications.
