Description

Manage technical programs and drive delivery alignment across engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Steer technical conversations regarding architectural approach, system design, and solution documentation.
• Drive coordination between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve complex inter-team technical dependencies, risks, and impediments to delivery.
• Facilitate PI planning, Agile ceremonies, change management, and release management activities.
• Monitor investment costs, track OKR/KPIs, and ensure compliance with SDLC standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Strong experience in SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Rally and JIRA.
• Technical familiarity with Java and Kotlin.
• Expertise in SDLC standards and documentation best practices.
• Ability to manage long-range planning and financial accuracy for investment costs.
• Experience in process redesign and delivery flow improvement.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Agile certification.
