Description

Manage and coordinate the delivery of SRE and Platform Engineering services across application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical architects to align solution design, dependencies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of platform services, reliability initiatives, and engineering commitments.
• Support platform remediation program management, including tracking risks, issues, technical debt, and closure plans.
• Drive governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination for Kubernetes/OpenShift-based platform initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management within SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud/platform operations, CI/CD, observability, and release management.
• Experience managing platform remediation, reliability improvement, modernization, or operational excellence programs.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models in enterprise engineering environments.
• Ability to work effectively with technical architects, engineering managers, operations teams, and senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to capacity planning and prioritization by working with architects and engineering leads on roadmaps and resource planning.
• Proven track record of enabling smooth collaboration between application teams and shared platform teams to resolve blockers.
