Description

You will manage complex client-facing projects, bridging technical execution with delivery management for IT automation and security initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery and execution for technical programs.
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical plans and manage stakeholder escalations.
• Ensure projects meet governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate efforts across diverse, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Oversee process definition and risk mitigation for technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in project or program management.
• Demonstrable prior hands-on technical background in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Security.
• Experience managing projects spanning multi-technology stacks (Frontend, Backend, Infra, Security).
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, workflow orchestration, and privileged access security concepts.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Compliance and Infrastructure management practices.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Proven success in client-facing delivery roles, including requirement gathering and escalation handling.
