Description

You own the end-to-end execution of complex, large-scale IT and cloud migration programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance structures across multiple workstreams.
• Engage senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, and IT to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Validate technical designs with architects and engineers to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Develop program roadmaps, KPIs, and detailed migration schedules across hundreds of customer environments.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to adjust schedules and resources for global objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in large-scale IT or cloud migration.
• Strong stakeholder management background within BFSI or regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency in migration methodologies such as lift-and-shift and re-platforming.
• Familiarity with financial technology platforms.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile.
• Experience tracking risks, dependencies, and issues across numerous customer migrations.
