Description

Lead technical project teams to deliver PHP development projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical project teams and coordinate development plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, track progress against KPIs, and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, issues, and conflicts.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement IT governance, compliance, and security standards while enforcing project management best practices.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager specifically managing PHP development projects.
• In-depth technical knowledge of PHP and frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Practical experience implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
