Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, aligning engineering, QA, and product teams to meet business goals and deadlines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and milestones for engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, QA, DevOps, and vendors.
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.
• Experience managing cloud platforms, APIs, and database infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Background in software development or engineering.
