Description

Own end-to-end software development projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate them to maintain project velocity.
• Collaborate with development teams specializing in PHP, Node.js, React, and mobile technologies to guide architecture decisions and ensure best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within custom software development.
• Strong background in PHP, Node.js, React, and mobile app development (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Ability to work with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a developer or technical lead in PHP, Node.js, or mobile development.
• Knowledge of microservices, API development, and database management.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
