Description

Own end-to-end software development projects, from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate them.
• Guide architecture decisions and ensure best practices in backend, frontend, and mobile development.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within custom software development.
• Strong background in PHP, Node.js, React, and mobile app development (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a developer or technical lead in PHP, Node.js, or mobile development.
• Knowledge of microservices, API development, and database management.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
