You manage the execution of technical initiatives, focusing on AI platforms, Generative AI, and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of AI platform, Generative AI, and data initiatives from design through deployment.
• Translate architectural direction into actionable delivery plans and sprint execution.
• Track and manage technical dependencies, risks, and integration points across teams.
• Oversee release planning, integration testing, and production cutovers to maintain standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, AI, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing technical projects involving software, data platforms, or cloud systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, data pipelines, and AI systems.
• Experience supporting AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Agile Methodology.
• Experience with Data Management and Architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with Governance and Cloud Computing practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and business leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering LLM, RAG, or AI platform initiatives.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
