Description

You will manage technical project rollouts and installations from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans.
• Coordinate project resources, technician schedules, and equipment shipments.
• Manage project scope, including creating change orders and obtaining customer approvals.
• Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure deliverables meet budget and timeline requirements.
• Facilitate progress updates through conference calls with customers and vendors.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex, long-term projects through defined milestones.
• Ability to manage project scope and formal change order processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet external deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
