Description

You will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, implementation, and the definition of scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale project plans, including task definition, resource requirements, and budget management.
• Coordinate project staff and provide direction to ensure successful product development and enhancement.
• Track deliverables, manage project changes, and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage timelines and schedules to maintain planned roll-out quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a Scrum Master role or similar capacity within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira, Jira Agile, Bamboo, and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple Scrum teams and juggle concurrent tasks.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to prioritize work and assess inputs.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with various organizational stakeholder levels.
• Ability to identify, assess, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
