• Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Experience working as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience managing end-to-end technology projects
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience with project planning, tracking, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Experience conducting:
•  
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Sprint planning
  • Sprint reviews
  • Retrospectives
  • Backlog refinement
• Experience working with technical development/data teams
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar Agile tools
• Healthcare/Pharma experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Track project progress and provide status reporting
• Remove team impediments and drive issue resolution
• Manage sprint planning and backlog prioritization
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope and timelines
• Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
