Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle from initial requirement gathering through to final adoption and training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements to define clear business objectives.
• Manage the product backlog and define acceptance criteria for validation.
• Plan project roadmaps and handle change management processes.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support user adoption and conduct necessary training.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in project management.
• Expertise in backlog management and roadmap planning.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and validation protocols.
• Ability to manage change and support product adoption.
• Must be local to Kissimmee, FL, as this is an on-site role requiring four days per week in the office.
• Any graduate degree.
