Description

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical programs and drive feature development through the full agile software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own technical program delivery from analysis and design through implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Drive technical excellence by coordinating engineering deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans.
• Manage capability backlogs and participate in agile planning and grooming sessions to prioritize near, medium, and long-term work.
• Mitigate risks, manage trade-offs, and provide capacity planning based on roadmap items and known work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical program execution.
• Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and technical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with PMP frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies, technology roadmaps, and integration processes.
• Skill in developing technical specifications, test plans, and architectural documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor team members on system design, best practices, and coding standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, capacity planning, and stakeholder communications.
