Description

You will manage technical project lifecycles by bridging the gap between developers and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines.
• Facilitate Agile practices and Scrum meetings to ensure iterative progress.
• Serve as the primary interface between engineering teams and project owners.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience focusing on software development, IT, or engineering.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
• Direct experience managing technical projects using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Agile certification.
