Lead end-to-end technical projects focused on healthcare data integration and analytics. You will drive delivery from inception to completion within healthcare data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from inception to completion within healthcare data environments.
• Drive Agile and Scrum processes across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage the implementation of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Python solutions.
• Ensure project delivery stays within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proven experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Python.
• Direct experience in healthcare data engineering.
• Practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Pharmacy domain experience.
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare data integration or analytics projects.
