Description

Lead end-to-end technical projects focused on healthcare data integration and analytics. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical project delivery from inception to completion within healthcare data environments.
• Manage the implementation of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Python solutions.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum processes across cross-functional teams.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery remains within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Direct experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Python.
• Proven background in healthcare data engineering.
• Practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Pharmacy domain experience.
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare data integration or analytics projects.
